1. Executive Chef Fábio’s Signature ‘Zero Miles’ Tuna

As delicious as it is beautiful, ‘Zero Miles’ Tuna starts with seared, sushi-grade tuna hand-caught by local fishers and is crafted with sustainable and seasonal local ingredients, including fresh mango, ginger, and shado beni (a local herb similar to coriander/cilantro) foraged at Secret Bay.

2. Freshly Baked Cookies 

Served warm and fresh to guests throughout their stay, our cookies—including chocolate chip and chocolate peanut butter varieties—are always a hit. Simple, sweet, and oh-so satisfying.

3. Coconut Rum Punch 

Handcrafted with coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and black pepper, this cocktail is fruity and refreshing, while packing a punch. Guests can order these at Zing Zing Restaurant, in their villa, or at Tibay Beach.

Sweet, savory, and slightly spicy—this signature Secret Bay delight is comfort for your taste buds, mind, and body. 5. Callaloo Soup

A local tradition, Callaloo Soup is a rich, flavorful soup, made with spinach and coconut milk. Enjoy it as a light meal or as an appetizer before your main course.

Chef Fábio has a diverse culinary background—spanning multiple continents and cuisines. This is evident in the variety of dishes we are able to serve, like this mouthwatering vegetarian curry.
