- All rates are per night, double occupancy.
- All rates include round trip airport transfers.
- All rates include welcome dinner.
- All rates include full breakfast.
- All rates include one complimentary in-villa breakfast service.
- All rates include an Indian River Tour.
- All rates and inclusions are based on double occupancy in one bedroom villas and quad occupancy in two bedroom villas.
- An extra person charge of $120 US dollars per person, per night inclusive of taxes applies to each additional guest 12 years and over.
- Rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to a net tax of 20% (which includes 10% Government tax and a 10% gratuity).
- Credit Cards may be charged in local currency (EC dollars) at the exchange rate of the day.
- Rates include full use of the Secret Bay site and amenities, including kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling and swimming gear. The villas are equipped with smart-home technology, high-speed Wi-Fi access, audiovisual system, cable television, Apple TV and Netflix, books and games as well as daily international newspapers on your villa Kindle.

Secret Bay guests can now support meaningful community and environmental initiatives in Dominica through a voluntary donation of US$100 per stay. This contribution supports the work of the GEMS Foundation and Secret Bay’s own conservation and community programs. For more information, click here.
- All prices are in US dollars and are subject to 15% government tax and 10% service charge.
- In-villa breakfast service is available at a $50 US dollars per villa, per day service fee.
- In-villa lunch or dinner is available at a $15 US dollars per villa delivery fee.
- Deck Dining set up fees are as follows:
- Gwiyavyé Heights – $75 US dollars per reservation
- Sunset Deck – $75 US dollars per reservation
- Tibay Beach Bonfire – $100 US dollars per reservation
- Rates are quoted for a minimum stay of 3 nights in our Low Season, 4 nights in our Pre-Festive and Mid Seasons, 5 nights in our High Season and 7 nights in Festive Season.
- If you would like to stay at Secret Bay for less than 3 nights, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- If you are interested in a longer stay or group stay, please contact us directly for a quotation.
- If you are interested in renting out an enclave or all of Secret Bay for an exclusive and intimate wedding, family reunion or special occasion, please contact us directly for a quotation.
- A 3-night deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. For 10+ night stays, a 50% deposit is required.
- A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation during the festive season.
- The reservation deposit is non-refundable for bookings on flash sales.
- The remaining balance (final payment) is due no later than 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and 45 days during the Festive Season.
- Reservations made within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date require full payment at the time of booking and 45 days during the festive season.
We accept all major credit cards.
- Children under 16 years are welcome in all villas at Secret Bay with a signed liability waiver from an accompanying parent or guardian, subject to villa maximum occupancies.
- Effective July 8, 2024, Bwa Denn Kitchen will offer casual gourmet dining for families with children under 16 years and rooftop fine dining and cocktail lounge for adults only (16+ years).
- Children under 16 years accompanied by a parent or guardian are welcome yearround at Botanica Chef’s Table & Organic Garden, Gwiyavyé Lap Pool, Zamann Watersports Hut and Tibay Beach.
- Children 12 and under enjoy 50% off meal plans.
- Children 4-11 years receive 50% off the extra person charge per night, if sharing with 2 adults.
- Children 3 years and under Stay & Eat Free.

Every Secret Bay stay is custom curated to guest preferences. When you make a reservation with us, you will therefore receive a short questionnaire by email so that you can let us know your needs, desires and expectations – and we can prepare for your stay here. With perfect food, exciting days out and all the little details thought out for you, all you have to do is relax and enjoy a holiday that you will remember forever.
- We ask for 90 days’ notice should you wish to cancel or modify your stay at Secret Bay, with the exception of the Great Escape season where the required cancellation or modification notice is extended to 120 days.
- For cancellations or modifications less than these notice periods, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
- For cancellations or modifications made within 21 days of arrival (45 days if your stay falls within the Great Escape season), the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee will also be applied to early departures or “no shows”.
- In all cases, if we are able to sell your cancelled dates for the same rate, the full cancellation fee will be applied to a future stay.
- Secret Bay encourages all guests to acquire travel insurance.
Updated policies for 2026 travel–more flexibility, more assurance
Secret Bay has introduced updated booking policies and expanded travel guarantees designed to make it easier to book with confidence, especially when planning from afar. We always recommend comprehensive travel insurance, but these updates are here to offer an extra layer of peace of mind so you can focus on the stay, not the ‘what ifs’.
(Valid for stays April 1 – October 31, 2026)
- More than 90 days prior to arrival – Cancel for a full refund of amounts paid, no penalty
- 21–90 days prior to arrival – 100% credit of amounts paid toward a future stay (valid 12 months)
- Within 21 days of arrival – A cancellation fee equivalent to three (3) nights is forfeited – Any additional amounts paid are issued as a credit toward a future stay (valid 12 months)
- No-shows – Full cost of stay is forfeited

- Timeframes are calculated from the scheduled arrival date
In the event of an official airline or ferry delay or cancellation resulting in guest arrival or departure one (1) day or more later than planned, we offer remedies to protect your stay.
For Upcoming Arrivals
For guests whose arrival is delayed, Secret Bay will issue a voucher-subject to availability-for an extended or future stay in an equivalent villa and number of nights missed up to a maximum of 2 nights, after which the prevailing rates will apply.
For On-Property Guests
For in-house guests whose return travel is delayed while waiting for the next available return flight, Secret Bay will extend the stay–subject to availability–at the same nightly rate confirmed on the original reservation.
Additional Notes
- All vouchers for future stays are valid for one (1) year from the original stay date.
- Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard against such unexpected circumstances beyond the scope of this guarantee.
At Secret Bay, your peace of mind is our priority. In the event of a named tropical storm or hurricane warning for Dominica that results in significant travel disruptions—such as airport closures, flight/ferry cancellations,—we offer flexible options to protect your stay.
For Upcoming Arrivals
If your travel plans are impacted before arrival due to storm-related disruptions, you may choose one of the following:
- A full refund of amounts paid, or
- A future stay credit for the full amount, valid for rebooking within 12 months of the original arrival date.
For On-Property Guests
If your travel plans are impacting while you are staying with us:
- If you need to depart early due to an approaching storm, you may receive a refund or future stay credit for any unused nights.
- If your departure is delayed due to transportation disruptions, you may extend your stay–subject to availability–at your existing nightly rate confirmed on your original reservation.
Additional Notes
- All credits are valid for one year from the original arrival date.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard against other unexpected travel interruptions or personal emergencies.

In the event of an official aviation authority action–including the temporary closure or restriction of airspace by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or other relevant government body–that prevents travel to or from Dominica, we offer flexible options to protect your stay.
For Upcoming Arrivals
If your travel plans are impacted prior to arrival due to an official airspace closure or aviation authority directive that prevents travel to Dominica, guests may choose one of the following:
- A full refund of amounts paid, or
- A future stay credit for the full amount paid, valid for rebooking within 12 months of the original arrival date, subject to availability
For In-House Guests
If you are already staying at Secret Bay and your departure is impacted due to airspace closures or aviation authority restrictions:
- Guests may extend their stay–subject to availability–at 50% off the nightly rate confirmed on the original reservation, or
- Receive a future stay credit for any unused nights if early departure becomes necessary.
Delayed Arrivals
In the event that an official airspace closure or aviation authority action results in a delayed arrival of one (1) or more nights:
- Secret Bay will offer a voucher for a future or extended stay–subject to availability–for the equivalent villa for the number of nights missed, up to a maximum of two (2) nights. After that, prevailing rates will apply.
Important Notes
- This policy applies only to official, publicly announced aviation authority (FAA or similar) actions resulting in widespread travel disruption.
- It does not apply to individual airline operational issues unrelated to airspace restrictions.
- All future stay credits are valid for one (1) year from the original arrival date.
- Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected circumstances beyond the scope of this guarantee.
- These Travel Guarantees apply in addition to our Seasonal Booking Policy and standard reservation terms.
