Popular German travel magazine Grenzenlos – die Welt entdecken’s recent video puts a spotlight on Secret Bay’s “no-menu” concept at Zing Zing restaurant, a unique culinary experience defined by the fresh ingredients grown and gathered on the Nature Island. The video captures Secret Bay’s Captain Don fishing Dominica’s blue waters and, later, bringing his catch to Chef Grant’s kitchen to be transformed into various, delectable dishes—from pan-searing the fish to perfection to preparing a plate of sashimi. At Zing Zing restaurant, every dish is entirely inspired by the local and fresh fare of the day and is strongly committed to its backyard-to-table philosophy.
The video not only explores Dominica’s captivating, unspoiled landscape, but also offers a peek at the kitchen happenings within Zing Zing.
