The Residences at Secret Bay Unveils Designs For Three New Hillside Villas
The Residences at Secret Bay, the award-winning, all-villa resort and residences has unveiled a first look at its newest under-construction real estate offering named Ti-Fèy+. Based on the design of Secret Bay’s iconic treehouse Ti-Fèy Villa, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a two-story design, the new Ti-Fèy+ design is even more spacious, and features an additional bedroom and bathroom. The first three villas being built, and for sale, are located along Secret Bay’s lush hillsides and offer spectacular jungle-to-ocean views that extend to the Nature Island’s tallest mountain, Morne Diablotin.
The 2,799 square-foot Ti-Fèy+ Villas feature two-and-half bedrooms and three bathrooms. Construction of the three new Ti-Fèy+ Villas started just as Secret Bay introduced three new amenities inspired by biophilic design – Mouben Welcome House, Gwiyavye’ Lap Pool & Bar and Zing Zing Lounge. The architecturally stunning amenities are the first undertakings being introduced as part of the 10-year-old, award-winning resorts’ multi-year, master plan. This evolution – spread over 40+ acres of coastal land – allows for an array of new amenities, more private villas and the introduction of a for-sale residence program — all while lowering the resort’s overall density and granting guests the utmost in the luxury of time and space.
