Secret Bay Guest Videos Chronicle Idyllic Post-Retirement Vacations

If Secret Bay is known for one thing, it’s providing a tailored experience in an idyllic environment, well-suited to romance and as much or as little adventure as our guests seek. A post-retirement vacation should be an effortless adventure that’s tailored to your needs — and two retired Secret Bay guests found just that.

Jackie & Phil

Jackie and Phil, both retirees who have been married for over three decades, were looking to spoil themselves with a relaxing Caribbean vacation. After their first visit of five nights at Secret Bay in February 2016, the couple deemed it a perfect match and, less than one year later, returned, this time for ten days. Twice, they have enjoyed the wealth of on-site experiences and amenities offered, from the firmness of their pillows to the infinity plunge pool on the deck of their villa. Phil and Jackie stayed in the Zabuco Villa I, complete with an indoor-outdoor living room, outdoor shower, hammock and daybed strategically positioned to fully enjoy the breathtaking expanse of ocean before them. The video postcard below chronicles Jackie and Phil’s stay at Secret Bay.

Susan & Richard

While seeking a dream locale to celebrate 25 spectacular years of marriage, Susan and Richard found Secret Bay featured in The Washington Post, and knew it was a match. With a host of adventurous experiences offered, the couple could explore to their hearts’ desire, both on Secret Bay grounds and beyond. With five children and six grandchildren between them, the couple was delighted to spend quality time with one another in the quiet natural beauty that enveloped them during their stay.

In Their Words

“We loved the natural beauty and the tranquillity, the activities, birding, snorkeling, kayaking and most of all, the incredible staff along with some of the best meals we have ever had.”
