Secret Bay Unveils Caribbean’s Longest Funicular and New Chef’s Table Experience

The long-awaited Secret Bay Funicular – the longest in the Caribbean at 300 feet long – has taken its first journey. The energy-efficient funicular allows guests to revel in the sights and sounds of the rainforest while seamlessly accessing three new enclaves of the resort: The Hillside, Clifftop and Summit. Up to six guests at a time, can board the carriage from the Mouben Welcome House or beachfront amenities and ascend up to 300 linear feet into Secret Bay’s coastal jungle, effortlessly reaching one’s destination within a matter of minutes.

Also new at Secret Bay is the Botanica Organic Garden & Chef’s Table, an authentic garden-to-fork culinary experience. Nestled alongside the serene Cario River, this outdoor Chef’s Table invites guests to savor an exquisite blend of plant-based delicacies. Every dish emphasizes the freshness of vegetables, aromatic herbs, and spices, all meticulously handpicked from the chef’s very own organic garden.
