Nestled within a forest of bay leaf trees, the Waterfront Villas at Secret Bay are among the resort’s most intimate and secluded offerings. Inspired by the original Mapou design, these villas boast asymmetrical architecture that cantilevers out towards endless ocean views. The one-bedroom villas, including a sleeper sofa for extra guests, are uniquely positioned at the northernmost point of the resort, providing panoramic views of the water, Cabrits National Park, and the neighboring French Caribbean islands of Guadeloupe and Les Saintes. Each tropical-modern masterpiece is sustainably built with Guyanese Greenheart hardwood and features indoor furniture hand-crafted from Dominican Red Cedar by local artisans.

Situated in the master plan’s most private location with trail access to two paradisiacal swimming beaches, the villas are available for whole or fractional ownership, with the option to include Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and the opportunity for a second passport.
