Watch: Embark on our new Boat Trip and Discover the Beauty of the North

We’ve posted a beautiful new video to Youtube that shows what you can expect if you join us on our Waitukubuli By Sea boat trip.

The Waitukubuli National Trail is the Caribbean’s first long distance trail, covering 115 miles throughout the island. Our new boat experience enables our guests to discover a different way of seeing some of the highlights of segments 13 and 14 – by sea.

Guests can take a leisurely boat ride from Secret Bay to Capuchin, the northern most point on the island. Along the way the guide will explain the sites you can see on land, and stop so you can snorkel our reefs.

“Waitukubuli National Trail by Sea was an eye-opening experience for us,’ said our first guests to join us on this new trip. “It revealed a different beauty we had not seen. The little known northern tip is full of majestic cliffs, hidden waterfalls and pristine reefs submerged in turquoise water – real treasures hard to access by land.  From Secret Bay’s boat, we enjoyed the amazing richness of the landscape – picturesque villages, unspoilt beaches, and stretches of dense-green forest above them. We stopped at Split Rock to snorkel.  What a stunning spot! Swimming between two huge underwater columns was perhaps the best snorkeling experience we’ve ever had. Don – our super-cool captain, told us these spots account for Dominica being among world’s top snorkeling destinations.  This trip had it all: speed-boating, quiet sight-seeing, and fascinating stories about the island.”
