The resort employs its website and various online platforms to communicate with the public, as well as its guests, past present and future. For the purposes of this policy, Secret Bay defines the term “Visitor” as an individual that visits its front-end website (www.secretbay-dm.secretbay.dm) and “User” as an entity with which Secret Bay has an established relationship. Any information stored on Secret Bay’s website and connected software is treated as confidential and will only be shared with marketing agency partners for the sole purpose of continuous marketing from the Secret Bay brand. 2.3.6 Retention, Deletion & Other Inquiries Secret Bay will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. Google Analytics user data will be retained for 26 months from the website Visitor’s most recent interaction with the website. Contact information transferred willingly from a User to Secret Bay will be held as long as the business is in operation or until that User requests to be deleted from the platform.
