Zing Zing
Secret Bay's open-air restaurant accommodates only 20 guests per evening. Chef Allison Lo curates a six-course Discovery Menu built around what the island provides each day, with three handcrafted cocktails included. There is no fixed menu. Each evening's direction is guided by availability, creativity, and the freshest ingredients Dominica has to offer.
