Government of Dominica Approves Citizenship by Investment at Secret Bay

We celebrated this monumental moment with a beautiful signing ceremony for The Residences at Secret Bay, bringing together both Dominican government officials and Secret Bay’s staff to commence this new chapter for the boutique resort.

During the signing ceremony at Secret Bay’s Zing Zing restaurant, Dominican Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit commented on the new development and applauded the many benefits it will bring to the local economy: “The project comprises of 42 villas and at completion will provide direct, permanent, sustainable jobs for 120 Dominicans.” Additionally, he notably commented: “We will see one of the best, if not the best, resorts in the Western Hemisphere here in Dominica.” Following the ceremony, government officials toured the property and got an inside look into the existing villas and new amenity spaces.

For the second year running, Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme was named “World’s Best Country for Second Citizenship” in a special report issued by Financial Times subsidiary Professional Wealth Management, reinforcing that The Residences at Secret Bay is a worthwhile investment opportunity that can be enjoyed for generations to come.
