Now we know some of our guests love nothing better than to inhale the scent of ginger and all things spice whilst cooking up new Creole-inspired delights for themselves when away from home. Whichever option you choose help is at hand.  Here our guest Chef Eric is working with our cooks Josie and Gemma to enhance the inspirational juices flowing into every sauce, filet, dressing, yam pie and plantain chip! We accommodate special dietary requests. And if you opt for a cooking class one of our cooks will come to your home-away-from-home villa or bungalow and unveil the secrets of traditional Dominican dishes made with local tropical ingredients.
