From implementing state-of-the-art, energy-efficient appliances and water conservation efforts to eliminating all single-use plastics from the property, these guidelines communicate actionable items designed to help maintain the uncorrupted beauty of Dominica and the pristine bluff Secret Bay is so privileged to inhabit.

The sustainability covenants are managed by Secret Bay’s Green Team, whose dedicated members consistently assess the effectiveness of the sustainability covenants, set goals for continued improvement and outline strategies to educate all those involved.

We are extremely proud to hold sustainability covenants that consist of transparent, documented policies and procedures made to minimise our impact on the land—all of which are specific to The Residences’ environmental, socio-economic and cultural involvement.
