Enlightened professionalism

Secret Bay Development Limited Company was registered in January 2008 and is jointly-owned by couple Gregor Nassief and Sandra Vivas. Gregor is the President/CEO and major shareholder of Tecsys Latin America, a successful supply chain software company. Sandra is a well-known Latin American artist.

Secret Bay was conceptualised by award-winning architect Fruto Vivas. The owners selected the firm Millenia LDC Ltd. to provide project management, on-site supervision and architectural and engineering services and Stewco was responsible for construction. Secret Bay development is 80% self-financed and has received investment concessions from the Invest Dominica Authority.

The project adheres to strict environmental policies including recommendations from Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
